To teach more Pakistani youngsters the Chinese language and practical skills, the China-Pakistan TVET (Technical and Practical Education and Training)—Industry Center of Excellence was presented today in Beijing. In the first year, fifteen major disciplines—such as IoT, automation, textiles, big data, etc.—will be the focus. Teachers will receive training to improve their vocational expertise, and a digital program will be created based on a set of standards that have been jointly agreed.
In a series, specific industry committees were established in the food, textile, resource, and environment sectors. These committees are expected to provide students with outstanding internship and job possibilities, support economic development, and promote teamwork.
